Short and sweet, and totally off Huffington Post.
Bobby Jindal, potential GOP candidate for the 2012 election gave a long, slow, tedious and patronizing speech to his constituents on the need for less government and no bureaocracies.
I don’t know what’s more salient: that he talks to his constituents like they are five year olds (”Mommy and Daddy are against big government, because it’s bad!”) or that he’s a spot on ringer for Kenneth Parcell from TV’s 30 Rock.
If Jindal makes it to the finals four years from now, here’s hoping we get some spot on parody from Tina Fey and Jack McBrayer. After all, wasn’t Palin gonna try again?

Although I’m rearing to get to writing about the plethora of stories I have been mulling over in my head (and often out loud at cocktail parties) for the past few weeks, it felt as if the very first post ought to be more of an introduction.
While I have a gut feeling as to how I want to this site to be, the types of articles, the stories, the eventual user interaction, I’m also very aware that as I continue to write, this site will drastically change shape and voice. I’d also like to add ads additionally, but before I get to that, I’m under the belief I need fans.
If you’re here from day 1, you’re likely family and friends. Thanks for eating up everything I put out there, it’s always very sweet. Without your support, I don’t know where I’d be.
And if you’re a stranger, please, stick around and contribute. As I go, I’ll continue to change the layout, the usability, and ideally everything else. I found initially I was getting so caught up in the smallest things (which pictures to use, where to place the categories, etc.) that nothing was being written. So I’m jumping into the fray a bit unorganized.
Welcome. I hope you find the site informative and fun, and that you call me out whenever I am wrong. I suppose it’s bound to happen at least once.
Here we go!
